LIFE HACKS “ Practical Ways to Get Rid of Confused Nature Like Me “



When we want to do something like work, lectures, school, other people are told to do something. Sometimes without realizing it we forget, what do I want to do?

Or when we want to eat but our thoughts go, ah..I want to go to the toilet or I want to scroll social media for a while. "You muttered to yourself and you think again, I will search the internet in just about 15 minutes".

Hmm ... without feeling the time you have spent is already 2 hours. Finally, you guys think what do I want to do earlier. And we think for a moment, oh yeah I want to eat.

4. Stay away from annoying temptations. For example, if you are currently studying exams for work, then just try temporarily turning off your smartphone until you finish studying. And when you finish studying, you can see your smartphone again ...
